Happy 4th of July

Just a quickie post for today. Like many of you here in the USA, there will be some celebrating going on today, and I've got a few jobs to get done around here before family and friends arrive later. First up are two thank yous going to Muse and Colour Concept. Two of my cards were chosen as HMs this past week, and I'm just delighted. So thank you so very much! (insert a big smile here, and a small happy dance..DH is still sleeping or I'd shake the house, lol!)

I've got a card this morning for The Card Concept Challange, and it also fits nicely into Virginia's View Challenge.

Lots of little blessings this year in our family and friend's families too! Baby cards are in demand.

I've made myself delve deeper into the scrapbox. Am desperately trying to use up more scraps, and managed to do so with this card. Every bit of paper, except the Neenah White base are from the cardstock or dp scrap boxes. I know the polka dot bit is by Theresa Collins, and I'm pretty sure the large panel is Baja Breeze from SU, but the rest are lost to knowledge. I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut that panel and then cut two more in yellow and navy. Trimmed those to fit and peek out. A bit of Twinery twine, and a 'love' sentiment from Gina K. Rounded the corners and done. Best wishes for a safe and happy Fourth of July here in the US, and happy dances for a happy weekend everyone!!

I'm late, but here, to let you know how darling this baby card is withe layered word die and the sweet polka dots. The little love circle is toooo cute! As for the HMs: super congrats! I'm with Geri - I'd be full on happy dancing, but at the risk of awakening a sleeping husband? Let him sleep...he'll be much happier for it (like mine...he really should take naps sometimes *grin*) Hugs~c
